Since its establishment on May 30, 1995, under the Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act (Reg. No. 2967), Sanidhya has evolved into a nationally recognized government advisory and implementation support organization. With over 25 years of experience and ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications, Sanidhya has consistently worked to implement large-scale government schemes, promote policy alignment, and strengthen public sector delivery. The organization's mission is to convert government priorities into structured, measurable programs while strengthening public sector delivery and governance. Sanidhya has played a pivotal role in several national initiatives, including the Swachh Bharat Mission, where it contributed to Bhopal achieving 2nd rank in the Swachh Survekshan (2017-18) through creative campaigns such as celebrity endorsements and media outreach.
Its collaboration with UNICEF has led to impactful projects addressing child welfare, prevention against sexual exploitation, and public engagement through radio networks. In the urban development sector, Sanidhya spearheaded branding and marketing efforts under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), supporting the disposal of housing units in partnership with Bhopal Municipal Corporation. Known for its innovative outreach, the organization introduced the Plastic Rakshas initiative to promote plastic waste segregation at the household level. Training & Employment Programme for Women (STEP) and capacity-building initiatives such as Safai Mitra training under the Swachh Bharat Mission, where thousands of sanitation workers have been trained annually.
